At the end of 2010 a crazy thought was born in my head - let's open our own brewery in our inn! I pledged my entire estate with my wife and took out a loan until finally on March 7, 2012, Widawa Brewery brewed the first brew! After two months of learning, I began to brew myself, to the beginning of classics. That's when I met Tomek Kopyra, after five minutes of conversation, I offered to cook him together and gave me a free hand about the recipe - that's how "Kruk" was born, the first Polish American Dry Stout. It is safe to say that as the first restaurant brewery in Poland, we began to brew new-wave beers. We have permanently introduced to our offer American Stout, IPA and APA beers, we also like to experiment, reaching for Australian or New Zealand hops
