The first brew of Buxton Brewery was a light ale in American style, brewed by the founders Jeff and Rich in a garage in 2009. A couple of weeks later these 40 liters were successfully drunk, a year later the brewery was brewed on contract at one of the local breweries, and a year later friends got the 800-liter brewery and began to storm the British Craft scene.
Today Buxton Brewery is one of the top young British brewers, and this is serious, given that there are already more than 2000 breweries in Britain, most of which are Craft breweries. The brewery is famous for its solid main line, as well as cult "pastries" collaborations with the Swedish brewery Omnipollo.
