Exchange and return
In case of problems during transportation, we insure each shipment for a sufficient amount. Always ask to open and check the box before you pick it up and in case of any problems, be sure to fill in the claims and ask to mark the problem.
Since our range consists of sophisticated and unusual beers, we see our task in informing the consumer about this before buying. Therefore, we are not responsible for the moments associated with personal taste, but at the same time, we are always ready to check the batch of beer in case the product seems to be defective. Purchased goods cannot be exchanged or returned.
