The brewery was founded in San Francisco in 1997 and started with the brewing of a single amber ale Prohibition Ale. In just a couple of years, stylish labels with the aesthetics of "dry law", as well as the successful Big Daddy IPA quickly made the brewery one of the major players on the Kraft scene in San Francisco. In 2017, the brewery was bought by another brewery, Hunters Point Brewery, and today it successfully continues its voyage along the waves of the Kraft world.
