The cult Goseria was founded in 1887 as a cafe where Belgian lamps bought from other breweries were blended, kept and served. In 1953 it was bought and developed to a restaurant, and in 1998 it got its own brewery and began to make its own base Lambic. In 2009, production was severely damaged by a thermostat accident, but it was rebuilt in 2013 and today it is one of the best breweries in the world specializing in Lambic, Gose and Krieks.
The brewery's varieties are a special Belgian tradition of sour beer that tastes like dry white wine and farm cider. A specific but undoubtedly sophisticated product that turns over the entire understanding of what beer can be like.
