BREWDOG OVERWORKS (Scotland)

Back in 2017, BrewDog began work on a line of sour ales as part of the OverWorks project.  They were developed by the brewer Richard Kilcullen, who switched over from the American Wicked Weed specifically for the project.

All created varieties are fermented with Brettanomycetes, including the own strain of the Cher Ami brewery.
