Your favorite, well known to all - Baltic Porter - is back! A blend of basic as well as specialty malts - roasted, caramel and chocolate - is responsible for this uncommon poppy mark. The clean fermentation profile is due to bottom-fermenting yeast and long lagering time. To enrich the beer, in this version Stu Mostów brewery decided to add Muscovado sugar during the boil, with an unusual aftertaste and aroma associated with molasses and maple syrup. Just before bottling, brewer infused the whole thing with roasted almonds and natural almond flavor.
