1. Robert (5%) truly Polish lager, a Pilsner with a noble/resinous aroma, and a pronounced bitterness, courtesy of a native new-wave hop variety: Puławski.
2. Alvaro (Gelato: Bizcocho) (5.5%) gelato created with titans of the Spanish scene - Basqueland Brewing. A sweet & sour beer, inspired by a festive Bizcocho, filled to the brim with oranges, nectarines and tangerines, with a hint of noble saffron.
3. Gabriel (4%) was created in collaboration with Brazil's finest: Spartacus Brewing. Catharina Sour is a sour ale with a distinctively tropical character. In this case: thanks to the generous passionfruit and pink guava additions.
4. Thomas (Gelato: Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte) (5.5%) is a Gelato made with fellow sport-fanatics from Germany: Sudden Death Brewing Co. A sweet & sour beer inspired by the famous Schwarzwald Gateau, filled to the brim with cherries, blueberries and cocoa nibs.
5. Harry (4.8%) was made with our English friends from Brew York. A Session New England IPA, dry-hopped with Mosaic, Azacca & Talus Cryo varities.
6. Virgil (8%) was created with Dutch hoppy beer specialists - Folkingebrew. A Double NEIPA, fermented with Verdant Ale yeast, and dry-hopped using a Sabro, HBC472 & Equinox combo.
7. Kevin (5%) was created in collaboration with Belgian cuckoo brewery Galea Craft Beers. A fruity and peppery Blonde Ale made with Palisade hot-side, and HBC630 dry-hop.
8. Kylian (6.5%) beer conceived together with the French mainstays: The Piggy Brewing Company. A juicy and hazy New England IPA, liberally dry-hopped with El Dorado, HBC 630 & Talus varieties.
